How information is processed when you use this website and submit a request.

Information you provide

  • Contact and partner forms collect the details you enter, your request, and consent choices. Navigator submission also saves the conversation, reported facts and preliminary assessment for review. Avoid confidential formulations, sensitive personal data or information you are not permitted to share.

Before you submit a Navigator request

  • The conversation is kept in this browser tab using session storage. Sending a message processes it on our server even before you submit contact details. The server can send the current message to the Lovable AI gateway using a Google Gemini model to extract application facts; rule-based processing is used when that service is unavailable. A completed request is saved when you submit it. Clearing the conversation removes its tab storage; it does not delete a previously submitted record or provider processing records.

Speech and uploads

  • The current Navigator does not provide a speech recording or file-upload flow. Please do not assume that sending a message creates private file links or that an audio-retention policy has been verified.

Why we process requests

  • We use submitted information to review the application and respond to your request. Operational consent is separate from optional marketing consent. The current intake does not automatically send emails, SMS or accounting entries. Supplier inquiry draft/copy controls prepare text for your own email app; you decide whether to send it.

Systems and service providers

  • Submitted requests are stored in Lovable Cloud with access-controlled internal review tools. Hosting, database and AI service providers process information as needed to provide those services. Infrastructure and diagnostic systems can process request metadata and error information. These systems are not limited to access by Apex personnel alone. The Make review adapter, when configured, receives event identifiers, timestamps, request action and review status metadata—not contact details, transcripts, treatment facts or attachments.

Security and logging

  • Application permissions restrict customer-record reads to authorized internal roles. Server-side validation and abuse controls help protect intake. Technical logs and provider systems may process network and error metadata; do not place secrets in a request. No system can offer an absolute security guarantee.

Your choices

  • You can choose whether to submit a request and whether to opt into marketing updates. Contact Apex to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing marketing consent. Requests will be considered in light of applicable obligations; this notice does not promise a specific deletion or retention timetable.
